Middleton Dental Care welcomes any comments, suggestions or complaints you may have. Please raise these initially with a member of staff or complete one of our practice questionnaires available at reception.
Written complaints will be acknowledged normally within three working days. We will seek to investigate the complaint within ten working days of receipt.
